where R1 is -H, -CH3; R2 is -H, -CH2OH, -(CH2)2S(O)CH3; R3 is -H, pNP, NHS; n=0–5, m=1–3, M+ is Na+, Li+, K+, (C2H5)(4-y)NHy+ (where y=1.4). Proposed method for preparation of these compounds consists in the direct modification of the sodium salt of the corresponding indocyanine dye containing two sulfo groups, by converting one of the sulfo groups at position 5 of the indoleenone moiety to a carboxyalkyl sulfamide group.
EFFECT: new nucleotide derivatives effective as fluorescent labels for DNA marking during PCR are proposed, as well as an efficient method for their preparation.
