FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluorescently-labeled deoxyuridine triphosphates, which can be used as labels for DNA labeling during PCR. The compounds of the invention include 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-9-(3,3',3'-trimethyl-1-(4-sulfonatobutyl)-1'-ethylindodicarbocyanin-3-yl)-non-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-9-(3,3',3'-trimethyl-1,1'-di-(4-sulfonatobutyl)indodicarbocyanin-3-yl)-non-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-9-(3,3',3'-trimethyl-1'-(4-sulfonato-butyl)-1-ethylindodicarbocyanin-3-yl)-non-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-9-(3,3',3'-trimethyl-5'-sulfo-1,1'-diethylindodicarbocyanin-3-yl)-non-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-9-(3,3',3'-trimethyl-1,1'-diethyl-5-sulfo-indodicarbocyanin-3-yl)-non-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-7-(1-(4 3-tetramethyl-1'-ethylindodicarbocyanin-5-yl)-hept-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-7-(1'-(4-sulfonato-butyl)-3,3,3',3'-tetramethyl-1-ethylindodicarbocyanin-5-yl)-hept-1-en-1-yl)]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate, 5-[4-aza-5-oxo-7-(3,3,3',3'-tetramethyl-5'-sulfo-1,1'-diethylindodicarbocyanin-5-yl)-hept-1-en-1-yl]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate or their salts. New fluorescently-labeled nucleotides are proposed that are effective as fluorescent labels for DNA labeling during PCR, including application of the known test systems to identify mutations associated with drug resistance to M. tuberculosis and with a genetic predisposition to thrombosis.
