FIELD: molecular biology and microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, microbiology. A method for identifying the genes of human pneumonia pathogens, six bacterial ones: Staphilococcus aureus, Steptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, Legionella pneumophila, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and two viral ones: SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A, including: a) amplification of fragments of species-specific genes of six bacterial and two viral pathogens of human pneumonia by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction with a set of non-immobilized specific oligonucleotide primers in the reaction volume of a biological microchip, represented by sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-16, and immobilized on the same biological microchip represented by the sequences of SEQ ID NO: 17-31; b) washing the biological microchip; c) analysis of the RT-PCR pattern on a biological microchip using a chip detector; d) visual interpretation of the analysis results. Presented is a biological microchip used in the method for identifying the genes of six bacterial and two viral pathogens of human pneumonia according to claim 1, with hydrogel cells with highly specific primers immobilized in them, represented by sequences of SEQ ID NO: 17-31.
EFFECT: method has a high speed of analysis with simultaneous detection of a number of pathogenic agents, is resistant to cross-contamination due to a closed reaction chamber on a biological microchip, is compatible with standard in situ amplifiers, as well as with fluorescent signal detectors developed for biological microchips (chip detectors).
