FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transplantology, and is intended for the analysis of hemopoietic chimerism in the study of single nucleotide polymorphisms of folate cycle genes. Analysis of chimerism is carried out by polymerase chain reaction in real time. Identify transitions or transversions in genes MTHFR: 677, MTHFR: 1298, MTR: 2756, MTRR: 66. Presence of chimerism is diagnosed when the donor has allelic specificities absent in the recipient in one or more of these genes; absence of chimerism – when the alleles are absent from the donor in the recipient.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to determine informative markers, the evaluation of which underlies the monitoring of posttransplant chimerism.
