SUBSTANCE: kit for folate cycle genes polymorphism estimation by PCR is proposed, including components for DNA isolation, species-specific oligonucleotide pairs of primers to perform one-step express identification of several single nucleotide substitutions in the alleles of the MTHFR, MTR, MTRR genes and components for results detection by gel electrophoresis.
EFFECT: invention allows to determine the degree of predisposition to diseases associated with disorders of reproductive, cardiovascular systems, carcinogenesis and other pathologies in the study of polymorphism in the folate cycle genes with high accuracy.
