FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the buildings foundations arrangement methods. Building on the combined (pile-slab, pile-belt, pile-columnar) foundations erection method using the driven piles includes the “grillage foundation” with holes for the piles passage arrangement on the ground surface and embedded parts for the driving plant subsequent attachment thereto, the structure superstructures erection on the “grillage foundation”, reactive force compensation during the piles driving by the building erected part weight and the piles embedding in the grillage. Piles driving and embedment begins after the building erection to the certain number of floors, when the load on the “grillage foundation” from the erected structures weight will exceed the amount of load necessary to drive one pile, but will not be more than the soil design resistance under the “grillage foundation” sole.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the construction reliability, manufacturability, safety margin and cost effectiveness, reducing in the construction time.
