FIELD: construction, particularly pile foundations constructed in weak, collapsible and filled-up soil.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming piles; creating grillage slab so that gaps are created between the slab and each pile; connecting the piles with grillage. After slab forming basement and building superstructure are serially erected. Piles are connected to grillage slab after soil settlement under foundation by supplying concrete mix through openings made in basement walls to grout gaps left around each pile and to form uniting reinforced concrete layer.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity due to efficient load distribution among slab and piles.
