FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology; immunology.

SUBSTANCE: in patients with chronic endometritis, endometrial hypoplasia and a history of reproductive losses during the implantation window, on the 7th day after ovulation, during the hysteroscopy procedure, the uterine cavity is irrigated twice for five minutes. Sterile saline sodium chloride solution is used at a temperature of 37.0°C by directing of conducting the ultrasonic solution of the nozzle onto the mucous membranes of the uterine cavity. The infusion volume per procedure is 250 ml.

EFFECT: method allows to increase receptivity, overcome oxidative disorders, restore the balance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory endometrial cytokines, increase the pregnancy rate in women with chronic endometritis, endometrial hypoplasia and a history of reproductive losses.
