SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the user equipment rapid recovery supporting method. First base station in the wireless communication system fast terminal recovery supporting method comprises receiving pertaining to the terminal RLF the radio link failure indication (RLF) message from the second base station; comparing received by the first base station the first short medium access control (MAC) ID (ShortMAC-I), and the second ShortMAC-I included in the RLF indication message, determining whether to initiate the handover preparation procedure to the second base station based on the indicator, related to the radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment, the first ShortMAC-I and the second ShortMAC-I, and the handover request message transmitting, containing the handover restriction list including a public land mobile network (PLMN) identifier to the second base station, if the handover preparation procedure is initiated. At that, the handover preparation procedure is not initiated, if the RLF indication message includes an indicator, related to the radio resource control (RRC) connection establishing, and, at that, the handover preparation procedure is initiated if the RLF indication message does not include related to the Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment indicator, and the first ShortMAC-I corresponds to the second ShortMAC-I.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling of the service continuity.
