Transport packaging for packaging a glass with a drink includes a cap made of aluminum foil in the form of a truncated cone with a bottom on a smaller base, the size of which corresponds to the size of the standard lid of the glass being sealed, while on the inner surface of the cap along its circumference at a distance not less than the height of the lid of the glass, 1 a tear-off tape with a tongue extended outwards is permanently placed, and the height of the cap exceeds the height of the standard lid of the glass. The device for packing a glass with a drink in a transport container includes a mandrel in the form of a body of rotation with flat bases, made with the possibility of stationary placement on a plane, while the upper base has a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the bottom of the glass. The packaging method involves installing a glass capped with a standard lid on a stationary device installed above, after which the transport container is put on the glass and compressed from top to bottom until it comes into contact with the lid, with the walls of the glass and then with the mandrel, after which the glass is removed from the mandrel and the edges of the transport container are wrapped to the bottom of the glass. As a result, a glass with a drink packed in a transport container includes the transport container described above placed on a glass sealed with a standard lid, fixed to its lid, side walls and bottom in the above way.

EFFECT: technology of sealing glasses closed with standard lids, intended for transportation before eating their contents, for example, for take-away sales or for long-distance delivery on request, is proposed. The group of inventions provides partial preservation of the original temperature of the contents of the glass and its hygiene during transportation.
