FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Stepped piezoelectric motor comprises a housing, a runner located in the housing and consisting of series-connected rear and front spacer piezoelectric sliders, a piezoelectric actuator. Inner cavity of housing is filled with liquid. Sliders include piezo actuators. Piezoelectric actuator is movable relative to the body in the direction of changing its length. Piezo-motor comprises a pump of cooling liquid with the possibility of liquid suction from the internal cavity of the housing. In the rear, traveling and front piezo-actuators there are internal channels and four connecting passes connecting in series: the cooling liquid pump output to the internal channel of the rear piezo-actuator, internal channel of rear piezo-actuator with internal channel of traveling piezoelectric actuator, inner channel of travel piezo-actuator with internal channel of front piezoelectric actuator, inner channel of front piezo-actuator with inner cavity of housing.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing overhaul period of stepped piezoelectric motor due to reduced overheating.
