FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the network node and wireless communication device for operation in the wireless communication system, and more particularly, to the network node, wireless communication signaling device, which precoders in the codebook are restricted from use. Network node (10) signals to the wireless communication device (14), which precoders in the codebook are restricted from use. In this regard the network node (10) generates the codebook subset restriction signaling, which, for each of one or more precoders groups, together restricts the precoders in the group by the certain component restriction (for example, certain beam precoder), which precoders in the group have together. This signaling may be, for example, the rank-invariant signaling, which together restricts the precoders in the group without regard to the precoders transmission rank. Regardless to this, the network node (10) sends the generated signaling to the wireless communication device (14).

EFFECT: disclosed is the codebook subset restriction signaling.
