FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hot drying a paint and to a door bias device for a process of vehicle body coating. Method includes a process for transporting vehicle body (B) when the vehicle body is exposed to an atmosphere with hot air, to dry by heating the wet coating layer applied to the vehicle body. In the vehicle body, hinges (H1, H2) and door displacement elements (70) are connected between main body frame (B1) loop fastening parts (BT11, BT21) and side door hinge parts (BT12, BT22). Distance (L1) between the fastening parts of the main body frame loop and the side door hinge mounting parts in the state, in which the hinges and the door displacement elements are connected, exceeds the distance between the fastening parts of the main body frame loop and the side door hinge securing parts in the finished state of the vehicle.
EFFECT: invention must provide a quality guarantee after drying.
