FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for protection of roof and gutters against icing. Proposed system comprises control unit connected with power cables and distribution boxes regulating operation mode of system elements, namely, roof heating modules, anti-ice drain gates, heating cables installed in gutters, as well as temperature, humidity and precipitation sensors. Modules of drain gates have connectors protected by polymer insulation. Roof heating modules are placed under a roof coating and are made in the form of a heat-insulating film on which a heating cable covered with a flexible metal mesh is fixed. On ends of heating cable there are connectors protected by polymer insulation, for connection of roof heating modules between each other and control unit.
EFFECT: higher operational reliability.
