SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of extrusion equipment used for making ceramic bricks. Ultrasonic core holder for brick extrusion consists of a body, frames with the cores installed on it, a mouthpiece and source (-s) of ultrasonic vibrations. In this case, the body is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone-waveguide, which is equipped with a ring with fingers welded into the walls of the body. In this case, source (-s) of the ultrasonic oscillations is(are) mounted on this ring with the possibility of creating a resonance in the waveguide.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the strength and reproducibility of the strength properties of bricks, reduction of friction of the charge on the extruder wall, reduction of pressure in the extruder head during extrusion of bricks, reduction of energy consumption in the manufacture of bricks.
