FIELD: construction; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to structural chemistry and construction, and more particularly to methods for extrusion forming of ceramic articles that can subsequently be used for construction. Forming device for manufacturing an article by the extrusion method includes a press frame – a mouthpiece, a mold, which consists of two parts: inserts and a core driver with cores to form the internal structure of the article in the form of voids and partitions. On the side of the article outlet from the mold, in its lower and upper parts, a horizontal bar is installed, on one of the surfaces of the bar an additional core driver with cores is made. In the upper part of the insert, brake devices are made in the form of rods inclined with respect to the vertical axis, the longitudinal axes of which are located in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the article. Said rods are connected to the side of the article outlet to a replaceable plug. Finished beam is formed by using the extrusion method with a vacuum depth of 0.97–0.99 kg/cm2, for which the prepared mixture with a humidity of 16–18 % is fed into the press, auger shaft with a transition diameter and pitch of the blades extrudes the mixture at a speed of 6–8 cm/s with a pressure of 13–18 kg/cm2 and forms the beam with a mold – die, installed in the mouthpiece. Article has a thermal conductivity in the range of 0.08÷0.11 W/m⋅°C and a voidness of at least 52.8 %.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced thermal conductivity of the article with simultaneous increase in sound absorbing properties without loss of the article strength.
