SUBSTANCE: disposable foaming device (100) for foaming liquid (1) consisting of container compartment (20) and foaming compartment (10), where container compartment (20) is under the pressure of primary incoming air (14') so that liquid (1) is directed into foaming compartment (20), wherein incoming air (15') enters foaming compartment (20) for mixing with liquid (1) supplied from container compartment (20); foaming compartment (10) is designed so that the mixture of air and liquid (1) moves under a certain level of shear stress, calculated so that it emulsifies the mixture of air and liquid (1) in foaming compartment (10). In this case, foaming compartment (20) includes inner cylinder (11) and outer cylinder (12) placed concentrically so that gap (13) forms between them, and inner cylinder (11) rotates relative to outer cylinder (12) so that the mixture of fluid (1) and air emulsifies as it passes through gap (13).

EFFECT: invention is directed to a disposable foaming device producing very high quality fluid foam in a controlled and reliable manner, requiring no cleaning operations.
