FIELD: beverage preparation devices.

SUBSTANCE: device for pumping and foaming (100), containing chamber of container (20), where foaming liquid (1) is stored, air intake (13), through which air is supplied to device (100), and treatment chamber (10), where liquid is pumped and where it is foamed with addition of air; treatment chamber (10) comprises at least one moving part and one static part moving relative to each other; said parts are installed so that their relative motion provides pumping of liquid by means of suction from chamber of container (20) into treatment chamber (10), as well as movement of air and liquid mixture through a thin gap, which creates a certain level of shear stress and enables mixture to foams.

EFFECT: invention is directed to a pumping and foaming device producing very high quality fluid foam on demand in a quick, simple, repeatable and clean manner.
