FIELD: technical means of objects protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means of protection of objects and can be used to ensure security of the gateway and to prevent illegal entry of foreign ships into the territory of the Russian Federation. Objectives of invention creation: more accurate determination of coordinates and speed of vessels entering the gateway, and obtaining information on their appearance on operator monitor screen and automation of their tracking. Safety system of the lock consists of a system for preventing ship bulk on a gate, a radar installed opposite the gate in the direction of ships, wherein the security system comprises a video surveillance module with a set of video cameras connected to the software and hardware system, and a monitor connected to the software and hardware system. Software and hardware system comprises a coordinate processing module, which receives data from coordinate sources and object tracking time, at that, the entire software and hardware system and connected modules are configured to operate in digital mode. Software and hardware complex may contain coordinate processing module, 4D-model, visualization module, input of which is connected to output of coordinate processing module, module of stitching of set of cameras, which input is connected to the output of the set of video cameras, and an object tracking module, the input of which is connected to the output of the stitching module of the set of cameras, and the output is connected to the input of the visualization module, the output from the visualization module is connected to the input of the monitor. Output of the sensor controller can be connected to the input of the hardware and software system, sensors and measuring equipment are connected to the inputs of the sensor controller. Sensors used can be: water level sensors, gates angular position sensors, air pressure sensor in receiver, pressure sensors and water flow sensors, as sensors of current energy consumption sensors, energy meter. Output of video surveillance module with camera set system can be connected to input of hardware and software system. Input from the automatic identification system can be connected to the input of the hardware and software system. Input of the control controller can be connected to the output of the hardware and software system, the outputs of which are connected to the drives.

EFFECT: more accurate determination of coordinates and speed of vessels entering the gateway, and obtaining information on their appearance on the operator monitor screen and automation of their tracking.
