FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of storage batteries, in particular batteries based on lithium-ion batteries for space vehicles. Proposed is a battery that consists of several pairs of series-connected batteries, having a disposable integrated current protection element that breaks its internal electrical circuit when the pressure inside the battery, electrically connected in a parallel-series circuit. As an additional protection against fires due to current overloads in the circuit of the pair, series batteries, a fuse-link is used, which is located between them. When using cylindrical batteries, the latter are placed between two holding plates, mounted on the base plate vertically and parallel to each other, for which there are through holes for installing and securing the batteries. On one of the outer sides of the holding plates current-collecting buses are placed, they connect the batteries in parallel and in parallel-series circuits, current-carrying bridges are placed on the other outer side, connecting the batteries in series, which serve as a fuse-link.
EFFECT: increased safety of operation and resistance of the batteries to degradation of the characteristics of the batteries is a technical result of the invention.
