SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, pharmacology, pharmaceutics and psychiatry. Pharmaceutical composition having a selective antagonistic action against a dopamine D4 receptor and a serotonin 5HT2A receptor, for the treatment of a state of impulsivity, including gambling, and containing a compound of formula (I) wherein R1 is halogen, R2 is H or C1-C3-alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof in an amount of from 10 mg to 800 mg and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; its application for the treatment of impulsivity, including gambling, and an appropriate way to treat impulsivity, including gambling.
