SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the treatment or prevention of a disorder of the central nervous system, including the administration to a patient who needs it of a compound of the formula I:
Formula I,
in which: X is -NH-; L is O; Z is -CH(O-R1)-, -O-, or -C(O)-; R1 is H; in a free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form. In this case, the disorder is a pain disorder selected from neuropathic pain, idiopathic pain, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, toothache, and traumatic pain; or the disorder is a pain disorder in a patient also suffering from a gastrointestinal and/or pulmonary disorder, or in a patient also suffering from a disorder related to opioid use; or the disease or disorder is opiate overdose or a disorder related to opioid use. The invention also relates to the use of the specified compound in the production of a drug for the treatment or prevention of disorders of the central nervous system, where the disorder is selected from the above-mentioned.
EFFECT: treatment method is developed, including the administration of a compound of the formula I for the treatment or prevention of the above-mentioned disorders.
