FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to colored conductive composite materials and techniques for their preparation. Colored conductive thermoplastic material is proposed, comprising, by mass %: 79.8–99.899 thermoplastic polymer, 0.001–0.2 single-walled carbon nanotubes, 0.1–10.0 dye, and in addition, titanium dioxide in an amount of 1.0–10.0 % by weight to the total mixture of said polymer, carbon nanotubes and dye. Method for the preparation of said material is also proposed, comprising mixing a thermoplastic polymer with single-walled carbon nanotubes, mixing the mixture, adding dye and titanium dioxide to it, stirring and extruding under heating to the processing temperature of the polymer.
EFFECT: invention provides a colored conductive thermoplastic material with antistatic properties having at least one RAL color index and a specific volumetric electrical resistance of 1010 – 106 Om⋅cm.
