FIELD: polymeric products.
SUBSTANCE: production of polymeric products with electrically conductive properties for storage and transportation of flammable liquids. A polymer composition for the production of containers with electrically conductive properties is proposed, containing, in wt.%: 99.9-99.99 of linear type thermoplastic polymer and 0.01-0.1 of concentrate of single-walled carbon nanotubes, a method for obtaining the proposed polymer composition is proposed, which consists in introducing a linear type thermoplastic polymer into the system, followed by heating to a melting temperature, then a concentrate of carbon nanotubes is introduced into the melt, followed by mixing of the components, after which the formation and cooling of threads from the resulting mixture of components takes place, followed by formation of cylindrical granules, the method of using the proposed polymer composition for the production of a container with electrically conductive properties by grinding the obtained cylindrical granules into powder and subsequent formation from the powder polymer composition by rotational casting of containers with electrically conductive properties is also proposed.
EFFECT: providing specific volume resistance in the range of 101 -106 Ohm⋅cm polymer capacity while maintaining its high strength.
