SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing. Image processing device includes the prediction vector generating unit and unit for restoring. Prediction vector generating unit is configured to generate prediction vector for a current parallax vector of the current unit, used in prediction using correlation of the parallax direction, using a reference parallax vector, serving as a reference vector when generating prediction motion vector, when decoding the current parallax vector. Restoring unit is made to restore the current parallax vector by summation of the prediction vector, generated by the prediction vector generating unit, with the difference vector between the current parallax and vector prediction.
EFFECT: technical result is stop of reducing coding efficiency when encoding multiview images.
