SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely, to immunostimulating composition. Immunostimulating composition comprising a combination of an elderberry extract and at least one strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, characterized in that the elderberry extract has an anthocyanin content in the range of 0.5 to 25% by weight, based on the dry matter in the extract and a protein content in the range of 2 to 10% by weight, based on dry matter in the extract, wherein the composition contains 20 to 200 mg of an elderberry dry extract in a single dose, and the Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain is GG (ATCC 53103), and the composition contains an amount of Lactobacillus rhamnosus in the range of 1⋅107 CFU in a single dose up to 1⋅1011 CFU in a single dose.
EFFECT: above-described composition exhibits pronounced immunostimulating properties.
