SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of domestic animal fodders. The present invention provides for, in particular, compositions for domestic animal fodders containing non-replicating probiotic microorganisms. Such non-replicating probiotic microorganisms are brought into a non-replicating condition through thermal treatment at a temperature of 120-150°C during 1-120 s. The said thermal treatment may be represented by high-temperature/short-term (HTST) treatment or ultrahigh-temperature (UHT) treatment. The domestic animal fodder composition may be represented by a fodder, a nutritional diet, a fodder additive, a treat or an edible toy for domestic animals.
EFFECT: fodder composition is easy for preparation and preserves useful probiotic action during a long storage life, has anti-inflammatory effect and promotes the domestic animal immune system strengthening.
