FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. Electrotherapeutic device comprises active electrodes (21–24), a return electrode (20) and voltage generators (211, 221, 231, 241), each of which is connected to an active electrode, and a voltage generator controller (2). Voltage generator controller has means for monitoring the voltage and current applied to each of the active electrodes independently of the other active electrodes, and iteratively varying the voltage of at least one of the voltage generators until the desired current is obtained on each of the active electrodes.
EFFECT: it is possible to compensate for the influence of currents flowing through the active electrodes on each other, provide the required current at each point of treatment, reduce the electrical power dissipated by the tissues that are not targeted for treatment, and also provides effects on various neurologically active vascularized points using a single device.
