FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a device for diathermy. Device comprises electrically connected AC generator and electrode. Electrode contains a flexible glove. Glove comprises an inner layer of insulating material, an intermediate conducting layer and an outer layer. Intermediate conducting layer is connected to the generator. Outer layer is made of insulating material with thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm and has impedance less than 50 Ohm for alternating current currents with frequency from 100 kHz to 10 MHz. Generator is configured to generate alternating current with frequency in range from 100 kHz to 10 MHz.

EFFECT: providing a device for performing a diathermic therapy with electrodes which can be adapted for anatomical body surfaces, as well as practical forms of treatment using capacitive and resistive forms.
