SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation and concerns a reflective device. The reflective device contains a reflective element having a reflective surface that is formed in a flat shape. The reflective surface reflects the incident light. The reflective element performs rotation and revolution simultaneously. The direction of revolution of the reflective element and the direction of rotation of the reflecting element are the same. The angular velocity of revolution of the reflective element is equal to twice the angular velocity of rotation of the reflective element.
EFFECT: preventing fluctuations in the position of light reflection without reducing the treated area of the irradiated object.
