FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Medical sensor assembly for continuous monitoring of glucose level contains a flexible plaster for gluing to patient's skin and sensor for percutaneous measurement of physiological parameter. Sensor has a measuring portion inserted into the skin and a contact part providing a signal connection with the measuring device. Measuring part of sensor is formed by flexible flat substrate, on which there are electrode platforms or current-conducting paths. Plaster is glued to intermediate section of sensor located between measuring and contact parts. Tongue of the medical sensor assembly is made in the form of a partially cut out or cut out segment of the patch with formation in the plaster of a hole for passage of the intermediate section of the sensor and is connected to the flat side of the substrate.
EFFECT: providing a fixed connection of the sensor to the plaster, thereby ensuring a strong and comfortable attachment to the patient's skin, especially in the area of implantation, where movement can lead to erroneous measurement results, as well as due to direct attachment to the flexible structural element, better fit to the body in accordance with the shape of the overlapping section and possibility of avoiding the use of the rigid base, thereby increasing the possible length of wearing a glucose sensor for continuous monitoring of glucose level and reducing the risk of delay caused by shearing forces.
