FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing metal polycarbosilanes AlYPCS (AlYMPCS). Disclosed is a method of producing metal polycarbosilanes AlYPCS (AlYMPCS) by reacting in an organic solvent medium, at temperature of 20 to 420 °C and pressure of 0.2–0.4 kPa of raw polycarbosilane and organoyttrium oxane alumoxanes of formula [(R**O)sY(OH)tOr]k⋅[Al(OR)1(OR*)x(OH)zOy]m, where k, m=3–12; s+t+2r=3; 1+x+2y+z=3; R-CnH2n+1 n=2–4; R*- C(CH3)=CHC(O)OC2H5; R**-C(CH3)=CHC(O)CH3 or organo-metal oxane yttrium oxane alumoxanes of general formula [(R**O)aMO]k⋅[Al(OR)1(OR*)x(OH)zOy]m⋅[(R**O)sY(OH)tOr]p, where k, p=0.1–6, m=3–12; a=2.3; k/m+1+x+2y+z=3; s+t+2r=3; M=Zr, Hf; R- CnH2n+1, n=2–4; R*-C(CH3)=CHC(O)OC2H5; R**-C(CH3)=CHC(O)CH3].
EFFECT: obtained AlYPCS with given molar ratio of Al:Y and doped with refractory metals AlYMPCS (M=Zr, Hf) are suitable for use as precursors of components (fiber, matrix, coating, powder, et cetera) of high-temperature resistant ceramic composites based on silicon carbide modified with compounds of metals (Al, Y) or {Al, Y, Zr(Hf)}.
