FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to the equipment for sawing materials for the installation of windows, plastic window sills and aluminum water drains. Automatic sawing center consists of the loading table frame, the frame of the saw unit, the frame of the unloading table, rigidly connected to each other. Inside the loading frame there are two shafts – the drive and the driven, stretched through the bearing bearings fixed rigidly on the frame of the loader. At the end of the loader, there is a transverse feed actuator fixed through the bracket to the frame of the loader with a partial discharge towards the saw unit. Cutting module is a welded frame of the saw module, inside of which is installed a traverse. At the base of the crosshead, the engine is rigidly mounted with a screw of ball-screw pair, which, through a nut fixed to the saw, drives it along the traverse. Carriage with the saw is rigidly fixed on the traverse and slides on the rail guides and sliding carriages. Device has numerical software controlled by a controller and an industrial computer, as well as an integrated program for optimizing workpieces.

EFFECT: quality of the products and the efficiency of the technological process are increased.
