FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a welding head device used in production of plastic windows and doors. Technical result is achieved by the welding head device, which consists of three main units fixed on a common bed: a trimming unit, a welding unit and a cleaning unit. At that, the trimming unit is combined with the upper welding seam cleaning module and represents a plate with a saw hub mounted on it and a motor for saw rotation. At that, trimming unit is installed in module of tool displacement, which is driven by cylinder, and welding unit is located directly on base of welding head and consists of two welding tables, heater feed system to heating zone, system of synchronous movement of welding tables and external seam forming system. At that, the cleaning unit is divided into two modules: the first module is combined with the trimming unit and is located in the tool displacement module, the second module is placed under the welding head base and is attached directly to it by means of brackets of the lower matrix. At that, first module consists of upper plate, on which guide is fixed, on which by means of cylinder moves upper knife carrier with fixed on it knife, and the second module consists of two guides, through which by means of the cylinder the spacer of the lower knife bracket moves with the blade carrier installed on it.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and accuracy of welding on a minimum area.
