SUBSTANCE: described is a DNA construct for immunomodulation, consisting of a partially single-stranded, dumbbell chain of DNA residues with a covalently closed structure that comprises twice the partially hybridised DNA sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Pharmaceutical composition and vaccine containing said construct, as well as the use of the construct in a pharmaceutical composition and vaccine are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention enables to modulate the immune system and treat autoimmune diseases.
