FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is non-coding immunomodulatory dna construct containing motive sequence N1N2CGN3N4, where N is a nucleotide, selected from a group consisting of C, G, A and T, and C is deoxycytidine, G is deoxyguanosine, A is deoxyadenosine, and T is deoxythymidine, and at least two of five terminal nucleotides, located on 5′-and/or 3′-end DNA construct, there are presented in L-configuration, wherein motive sequence N1N2CGN3N4 there are no nucleotides in L-shape. Also provided a vaccine comprising said construct.
EFFECT: invention extends range of immunomodulatory agents.
