FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, in particular to the field of technical diagnostics of diesel fuel equipment. Test stand for testing and control of electronically controlled high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) of diesel engines is provided, which contains unit 2 for controlling the work of the stand, the inputs connected with cycle counter 1, sensor 7 of the shaft rotations and fuel level sensor 9 in measuring beakers 13, and the output – with recording device 3. Unit 2 for controlling the operation of the stand is connected to control unit 4 for controlling the operation of the electronically controlled fuel pump. Inputs of unit 4 are connected to fuel temperature sensor 15 in the stand tank and phase difference converter 6, and the output of unit 4 is connected to electromagnet 8 of the electronically-controlled fuel pump driven from cam shaft 16. Unit 2 for controlling the work of the stand is connected to control module 5 for controlling the operation of automatic fuel drain valves from measuring beakers, with automatic fuel drain valves 14 from measuring beakers and fuel level sensor 9 in measuring beakers.
EFFECT: claimed stand allows testing and adjustment of high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) with electronic control with high accuracy under conditions that are as close as possible to their operation on diesel engines.
