FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, namely to the small-sized electrochemical accumulators with high energy density, capable of supply power to the modern devices for extended periods of time, and to their manufacturing methods. Sealed battery can be built into covered with the biocompatible material device, such as the parylene or other material conformal layer, and used both in the body mounted device and in the implantable device. Electrochemical battery contains electrodes, cathode and anode, located on the electrolyte corresponding surfaces, at that, the electrodes and the electrolyte are solid films, which are laminated one above the other, creating the stacked structure on the substrate. Such a battery can be installed on the appropriate mounting pads by the inverted crystal method, and thus to be connected to the electronics, which receives power from the battery, above and around such a battery pack a polymer sealant is applied, and above the sealant a waterproof barrier is formed, so, that not to allow moisture to reach the battery. On the substrate second side, electrically connected to the cathode and anode, respectively, conductive leads can be formed. Fully assembled battery has thickness of less than 100 mcm.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the battery reliability and its efficiency due to high energy density.
