FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for beneficiating ores and can be used for separating granular materials in terms of density. Centrifugal concentrator of the chamber type includes a drive and two or more rotating conical bowls with annular recirculations set one above the other on one axis of rotation. Surface of the adjacent bowl, facing the ring bowl, is made with annular projections. Cone of the bowls is oriented with a vertex upward, and the grooves for collecting the concentrate are located on the bottom of the upper bowl. Concentrator contains a device for changing the height distance between the bowls. Bowls rotate at an equal angular speed from one drive. Guide vanes are located on the surface of the bowl.
EFFECT: increased separation efficiency, reduced size.
