FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the handling of web materials and can be used to work with an adhesive or a packaging tape. Device for unwinding and cutting a tape on a roll includes a main body. Main body has an upper side with a tear-off blade, a gap, a laying plate for laying the tape and a roller, two side guide surfaces and a bottom side. Laying plate is capable of turning in the lateral direction or the roller for laying the tape is able to be inserted and fixed. Laying plate or the roller forms a gap in its final position with the trailing edge of the upper side.
EFFECT: provides ease of handling with the device fixed on the roll.
