FIELD: biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and can be used in preparation of bone tissue samples to study their spatial microstructure using a scanning electron microscope. To do this, samples of bone tissue are placed in 100 % orthophosphoric acid for 6 minutes to fix and remove the lipophilic components of the bone marrow, after which they are washed with running water for 5 minutes and dried at room temperature for one hour.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple, quick and safe way of preparing bone tissue samples without the use of toxic and expensive reagents.
