SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of 10-benzyl-3,4-dibenzoyl-2'-oxo-1',2',10,10a-tetrahydrospiro[benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]oxazine-2,3'-pyrrole] of the general formula in which R1 = Ph; R2 = Ph, R3 = CH2Ph (a); R1 = OEt; R2 = Ph; R3 = 4-C6H4Cl (b), Ph (c); R1 = Ph; R2 = COOMe; R3 = 4-C6H4Me (d), 4-C6H4OMe (e), 4-C6H4Br (f).

EFFECT: new compounds with a pronounced antimicrobial activity have been obtained which can be used as starting materials for the synthesis of heterocyclic systems and in pharmacology as potential drugs with antimicrobial properties.
