SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry and pharmacology, namely, to derivatives of 2′-oxo-1,2′-dihydro-9aH-spiro[pyrido[2,1-b][1,3]oxazine-2,3′-pyrrole] by the general formula
wherein R=C6H4Me-4, R1=R2=COOMe, R3=OMe (a); R=Bn, R1=Ph, R2=COPh, R3=Ph (b); R=Ph, R1=C6H4Br-4, R2=H, R3=OMe (c).
EFFECT: production of new compounds exhibiting antimicrobial activity, usable as source products for synthesising heterocyclic systems and in pharmacology as potential medicinal products with antimicrobial properties.
