SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to treat mammary gland cysts. Perform a percutaneous puncture of the mammary gland cyst under ultrasound control, aspirate the contents of the cyst, introduction of a sclerosing agent into the mammary gland cyst, followed by the application of a sterile pressure bandage for a day. In this case, 1 % sodium tetradecyl sulfate solution is used as a sclerosing agent. In the mammary gland cyst, up to 20 mm in size, administer 0.25 ml of this preparation. In a cyst of 21 to 30 mm – administer 0.5 ml of the drug, and in the cyst of 31 mm and above – administer 1.0 ml of the drug. And in one session, perform sclerosing no more than six cysts.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the invasiveness of the surgical operation, eliminate the risk of severe postoperative complications and relapse of the disease, and simultaneously treat multilocular and recurrent cysts of the mammary gland.
