FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and enables effective non-surgical treatment of fractures of various localization, effective reduction of length of synosteosis of various localization. Local anaesthesia is applied. Closed manual reposition of bone fragments, trans-dermal administration of bone regeneration stimulating drug and immobilization with fixing bandages are performed. Wherein, after local anaesthesia in the area of an interfragmental diastasis before closed manual reposition trans-dermally, once, under control of electro-optical converter synthetic drug Kollapan gel is administrated in a dose of 1-2 ml depending on anthropometric characteristics of injured segment.

EFFECT: method enables effective and non-surgical treatment of fractures, reducing the length of fracture consolidation by several times in comparison with average statistical time, it does not require special equipment and high qualification of doctor orthopaedist-traumatologist, it makes possible to maximally reduce the risk of infectious complications and length of staying in hospital.
