FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information processing and transmission. Method comprises the steps of: dividing the message into blocks; each block is encoded with an original noise-proof code; encoded by a multidimensional systematic cascading noise-immune code; a synchronization sequence is added; transmit to the receiving side; on the receiving side, the frame synchronization is performed; decode these codes with correction of errors and erasures; control the correctness of their decoding and the incorrectly decoded original noise-proof codes are erased; decoding the component code of the first stage of the multidimensional systematic cascading noise-immune code with erasure correction; perform decoding of the second stage of the systematic cascaded code with correction of the erased first-stage component codes of the systematic cascaded code; message blocks are assembled into one message; are sent to the recipient of the message.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the complexity of the technical implementation while maintaining the previous message format.
