FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: method includes, at the transmitting side, coding source information with a variable-parameter noise-immune code; transmitting the noise-immune code via a link; at the receiving side, decoding the noise-immune code with error detection and correction; in a first circuit, based on the results of decoding the noise-immune code, counting the error rate in the link and evaluating channel quality, and determining a first approximation of the parameter value of the noise-immune code and the maximum transmission rate in the link; transmitting the parameters of the noise-immune code to the transmitting side; in a second circuit, based on the results of decoding the noise-immune code with new parameters, determining frequency deviation of correct reception of the noise-immune code and calculating a second approximation of the parameters of the noise-immune code taking into account the provision of maximum transmission rate in the link; transmitting said parameters of the noise-immune code to the transmitting side, where a noise-immune code with new parameters is generated. The error rate in the link is estimated based on the results of decoding the noise-immune code taking into account deleted and transformed noise-immune codes.

EFFECT: high transmission rate and noise-immunity.
