FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, and can be used to control the single-phase converter when creating electromechanical systems, for example, in the development of the alternating current generation systems. In the known method for the single-phase multilevel converter in electric power generation system controlling, consisting in fact, that to control the single-phase multilevel converter in the electric power generation system, synthesizing the vector pulse-width modulation, and for this purpose, setting the reference vector circular frequency equal to the power supply network frequency of ω, and the setting vector V* modulus value is formed by two adjacent vectors generatrices summing, whose moduli are proportional to the weight coefficients, which values are calculated depending on the modulation depth M and the reference vector rotation angle θ, generating control pulses according to combinations of the key states, used adjacent vector generatrices, and supplying them to the single-phase multilevel converter in electric power generation system transistors inputs, at that, what forms the setting vector modulus value so, that of all existing vectors generatrices using only those, which on the converter phase outputs create constant in-phase voltage with a value equal to the DC link voltage half the value.
EFFECT: proposed single-phase multilevel converter controlling method during the vector pulse-width modulation implementation leads to the parasitic common-mode current suppression.
