FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: mesh horizontal filter contains a housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, a spray nozzle and filter elements, which are rotating metal meshes connected to a snail connected by a bypass pipe to an inlet pipe and a hydraulic gate to drain the sludge into a settler. The spray nozzle has a hollow cylindrical housing with throttle washer connected with union nut to which liquid flow divider is secured, and consisting of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine-meshed grid, wherein the vertices of conical surfaces of shells are directed away from the throttle washer. A cylindrical perforated segment fastened on the perforated conical shells is fixed in the lower part of the divider. In the cylindrical perforated segment, there is a flow swirler made in the form of a spring.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation by increasing the liquid spraying level by the nozzles.
