FIELD: filtration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to horizontal strainers and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for wet dust collection. Horizontal strainer includes a housing, inlet and outlet fittings, irrigation nozzle and filter elements. Filter elements are rotating metal mesh connected to the polute, connected through bypass pipeline with inlet fitting and hydraulic lock for removal of sludge to the sump. Irrigation nozzle contains a hollow cylindrical body with an orifice connected to a cap nut, to which a fluid flow divider is attached. Divider consists of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells. Space between them is filled with a fine mesh net. Apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the orifice plate. In the lower part of the divider, a cylindrical perforated segment is fixed on perforated conical shells, in which a flow swirler is placed, made in the form of a spring.
EFFECT: technical result: improving the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the degree of spraying of liquid by nozzles.
